What are Threader Earrings?
Threader Earrings are a Chain and Post connected together. Use the post on your lobe piercing and pull through other side. For dual earrings (double ended), the threader earring can be placed on the lobe piercing and not pulled through.

What is 14kt Gold Fill?
Stamped ‘1/20 14K GF’. American Standard Gold Filled jewelry has a brass core, are nickel and cadmium free, and are 100x more gold than gold-plating. Therefore, they are considered life time pieces.

Care Instructions

General Care Instructions:

Finish your outfit with your jewelry piece as your last step.
Store away in something air-tight if not worn frequently.
Do not bathe or swim with jewelry piece.

Genuine Opal Usage:

Please keep your genuine opal jewelry away from water, extreme dry conditions, or rapid temperature change. Avoid perfumed products, lotions, and chemicals directly on the gemstone (use all those goodies before putting on jewelry). If exposed to water, the opal could look cloudy; let dry for a few days. Genuine opals contain 5-6% water, if subjected to heat or rapid temperature change, this could potentially crack the opal.

Storage: Store in air-tight container/case when not in use for prolonged periods of time. This will ensure optimum jewelry condition.

Return Policy
At this time, CECILIA IN THE SUMMER does not accept returns of jewelry. Please read product descriptions before completing your purchase. Not all our selections are of the same metal; 14kt gold filled (1/20th 14kt), gold plated stainless steel, gold plated sterling silver (925) aka called vermeil, gold plate brass, etc. All jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE.

Some products will have a pre-order item. You will be contacted with a date for estimate for Made-to-Order time. Typically I can make a Pre-order within 1 week but is possible to be completed within 2 weeks (not including shipping time).
